Effective 05/12/2016 all applications are submitted and all passport collection (including applications submitted before 05/12/2016) would be at the new Estonian Visa Center as per below address: Kievskaya str., est. 2, 3rd floor, Moscow, 121059, Commercial and hotel complex “Kievskyi”.
For your convenience you can use the paid parking located in the Commercial and hotel complex “Kievskyi”.
The parking fee for 1 to 3 hours — 50 rub/hour, — 100 rub/hour thereafter.
LLC “Visa management service” is the commercial company authorized by the Estonian Embassy in Moscow, the Estonian General Consulate in Saint Petersburg and Chancery in Pskov to provide Estonian visa application services in Russia. VMS is certified with the ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 27001:2005 quality management system certificate.
The Estonian VMS provides assistance in processing the Schengen visas.
In order to present the documents at Visa Center in Moscow the appointment is not mandatory.The documents can be submitted without making an appointment from 9:00 to 12:00 in case of available slots.

In accordance to the Federal Law of the Russian Federation, all applicants have to provide consent for processing personal data related to their visa application and are thus requested to complete and sign the consent to the processing of personal data form in the Russian Language only.
VMS fee for processing your visa application – 1300 rubles per application (In case of applying in Moscow Visa Center). Children under 6 years of age are exempt from service fee .
VMS service charge is payable in cash and by credit card at the Moscow visa center.
For all regional offices the service fee is payable by credit card while making an appointment.
